A Porch Tale gift voucher is store credit that works on everything we sell: lighting, decor and textiles. Choose an amount or type your own, pay as normal, and we email you a code within minutes of payment. Forward the email to whoever you are buying for, or keep it for yourself.
There is nothing to post, so there is no delivery charge. To spend a voucher, enter its code in your cart or at checkout. The value comes off what you owe today, and anything left on the code stays there for next time. A voucher can be spent over as many orders as it takes to use it up.
Vouchers last 24 months from the day they are bought and can only be spent at The Porch Tale A voucher can't be used to buy another voucher.

Buy a voucher and we email you its code. Type the code into your cart or the checkout page and its value comes off what you owe. Anything left stays on the code. Vouchers last 24 months and cannot be used to buy another voucher.

How do I get my voucher code?
We email it to the address you give at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, look in your spam or junk folder, then contact us and we will send it again.
How do I use a gift voucher?
Type the code into the discount code box in your cart, or the gift voucher box on the checkout page. The amount comes off what you owe today.
Can I use it on anything?
Yes, on anything in the store except other gift vouchers. It comes off what you owe today.
What if my order costs less than the voucher?
Whatever is left stays on the code. Use the same code again on your next order until it is used up.
What if my order costs more than the voucher?
The voucher covers what it can, and you pay the difference with the payment method you choose at checkout.
Do gift vouchers expire?
A voucher is valid for 24 months from the day it is bought. The date is in the email we send you.
Can I get a refund?
If you change your mind and have not spent any of it, contact us within 30 days of buying and we will cancel the voucher and refund you. Once any of the value has been spent, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Can I buy one for someone else?
Yes. The code is emailed to you, so you can forward it or print it. Anyone who has the code can spend it, so send it only to the person it is for.
