A gift voucher is store credit for lighting, decor and textiles. Pick an amount or type your own, and the code is emailed to you within minutes, so there is nothing to post and no delivery charge. Anything left after an order stays on the code.
Choosing a gift voucher
- Not sure what they want? A voucher lets them choose the light, curtain or candle set themselves.
- Pick a fixed amount, or use Custom amount for any whole number of pounds from 10 to 1000.
- The code arrives by email, so you can forward it on, or print it and put it in a card.
- Anything left after an order stays on the code for the next one.
Questions people ask
How quickly does the code arrive?
It is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it.
What can a gift voucher be spent on?
Anything in the store. It cannot be used to buy another gift voucher.
Does a voucher expire?
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the day they are bought. The date is in the email.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not spent any of it, contact us within 30 days of buying and we will cancel it and refund you. Once any value has been spent it cannot be refunded.
