Every order carries a 30-day returns policy, and every electrical product a 24-month warranty that we handle ourselves.
How we work
We are a small team. Orders are dispatched within one business day and arrive in 2-4 business days. Once yours ships you get a tracking number, and your order page shows every step. Messages go to people, not a chatbot: we reply within 2 hours, 8am to 8pm UK time, every day.
